Meeting FAQs

  • As a Weight Watchers meeting Member, you can attend as many meetings as you want per week. (You must weigh in the first meeting you attend each week.)
  • Our week runs from Sunday through Saturday.
  • You do not have to attend the same meeting each week. Switch around days, times and even locations. Pick the one that best fits your ever-changing schedule.
  • Our incredible Coaches each have their own distinctive style, personality and weight loss experience. You can attend 10 different meetings in a week, and walk away with 10 different experiences. Find a Coach and meeting that clicks with you.
  • Weigh-ins are a powerful tool (Yes, they are private!). They hold you accountable and give you the opportunity to see how the plan is working for you. But, if you don’t want to weigh-in, you do not have to. No one will judge you.
  • No reservations are necessary. Just stop in to any meeting up to 1/2 hour before our scheduled meeting times.
  • You walk away with guidebooks and take-home materials.
  • After your first meeting, stay for an empowering Coach-led Getting to Know You session.
  • Receive the tools and skills to tune in and unlock the inner strength to make healthy living easier.
  • Choose the payment plan that best fits your lifestyle. Either choose one of our Passes or Pay-as-You-Attend. The choice is up to you.
