Wellness Guide

The role of the Wellness Guide is to welcome members as they enter the Wellness Workshop and to provide guidance to help them achieve their health goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serves as a “Program Role Model” by demonstrating program success
  • Provides support/consultation during weekly member wellness check-ins
  • Consults with members to help determine personal wellness goals
  • Enrolls new members into the WW Program and processes current members with computerized or paper tally reconciliation
  • Has knowledge and understanding of WW Program and digital tools
  • Identifies members’ needs and recommends WW products

Job Requirements

  • Must be an active WW member (attending WW workshops and utilizing WW app/digital tools for a minimum of 6 weeks).
  • Must have a body weight within the BMI range of 19-29
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications
  • Proficient in sending/forwarding/receiving e-mails and text messages
  • Must have access to a smartphone and regular access to an Internet-enabled computer or tablet
  • Superior organizational, communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possesses strong technical skills and is able to process Members through a computerized system and troubleshoot as needed

Wellness Coach

The Wellness Coach serves as the anchor and facilitator in community-based Wellness Workshops. The role of the Wellness Coach is to motivate, inform and inspire WW members.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepares for Wellness Workshop facilitation by understanding the weekly topic and its relevance to member success
  • Facilitates the Wellness Workshop discussion
  • Serves as a “Program Role Model” by demonstrating program success
  • Serves as WW Program and digital tools expert for members
  • Inspires WW members to make positive changes and celebrates progress towards goals
  • Establishes rapport with Members through one-on-one interaction, workshop facilitation, and consistent leadership
  • Increases Wellness Workshop attendance growth
  • Possesses selling skills and is able to identify Member needs
  • Manages timely bank deposits

 Job Requirements
